From 3D body scan to your own custom 1-piece or 2-piece motorcycle suit
A motorcycle suit should do more than look good. It needs to fit your body, riding position and intended use. STYR Racing uses personal 3D body scanning as the foundation for manufacturing an individually fitted motorcycle suit.
Why 3D body scanning?
A 3D scan digitally captures your body shape and proportions. This creates a precise basis for the pattern, fit and manufacturing process. Instead of relying only on individual measurements, we work with the complete shape and proportions of the rider.
How STYR 3D Custom Fit works
We discuss your riding discipline, motorcycle, riding position, preferences and intended use.
Your body is digitally scanned to capture dimensions, proportions and body shape accurately.
Choose a 1-piece or 2-piece suit and configure colours, styling, rider name, race number and possible team or sponsor branding.
Your scan and configuration data form the basis for manufacturing your personal STYR Racing suit.
1-piece or 2-piece?
1-piece: developed primarily for circuit riding, performance and a continuous race fit. 2-piece: a practical option for road and sporty riding with a separate jacket and trousers. During the intake we determine which configuration best suits your application.
Your fit. Your design.
Alongside the custom fit, you can personalise the visual design of your suit with your preferred colour scheme, STYR styling, rider name, race number and — where technically possible — team or sponsor branding. The objective is not a standard suit adjusted to your measurements, but a suit developed around the rider from the start.
